The music of the formation is primarily composed by the leader and guitarist Przemysław Strączek, who runs intercultural projects in accordance with the idea that creative musical activities bring people even from distant corners of the world closer. With his project he is creating a new quality in musical culture. Cultural Concept is a concept that combines ethnic elements of different countries in the sphere of music based on improvisation, elements of jazz and ethno music, in which each musician has his own space for free expression. Senegalese musician and vocalist Kandara Diebate is a special guest of this unique band. A musician playing a traditional African instrument appears in the company of Polish jazz instrumentalists.

Kandara Diebate - comes from a family of Griots (musicians and storytellers) from the Mandingue tribe in southern Senegal. Griots are musicians and storytellers of West Africa who pass on their knowledge of the history of the country, village, families and kings from father to son. Kandara is the son of Senegalese kora master Boubacar Diabate, to whom he dedicated his last album. From an early age he sings, plays kora, djembe, bass drums and soruba. In his griot tradition, Kandara Diebaté writes and sings about current social issues, the tension between tradition and modernity, and opportunities and threats to African cultural identities. In Senegal, he formed various instrumental ensembles. He has been living in Germany since 2001 and has taught many Djembé courses since then. He plays with the bands "Kaira Tilo", "Nomad" and in Orkiestra Kultur. Outside of Africa, he has performed at many festivals in Canada, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Poland.

Przemysław Strączek – jazz guitarist, composer, producer, graduate of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music Karola Szymanowski in Katowice, a two-time winner of the Master Jazz Guitarist Competition named after Marek Bliziński in Warsaw, one of the seven finalists of the global solo competition Thailand International Jazz Conference Solo Competition in Bangkok. For many years he has been present in the ranking of the best Polish guitarists according to the readers of Jazz Forum - Jazz Top. In 2013, he received the Special Award of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for artistic achievements. Since 2011, he has been co-creating international projects as a leader with musicians from different continents, presenting contemporary trends in jazz and ethno-jazz music. His sixth author's album Fig Tree received wide coverage among music journalists and critics in Poland and abroad, receiving the distinction of one of the best European albums of 2020 according to the British industry portal Jazz Fuel. He has collaborated and gives concerts with outstanding artists, e.g. with Andy Sheppard, Xu Fehgxia and Janusz Muniak. He also received the Award of the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship in the field of music for 2015. He has concert tours with his own music in many countries around the world.
